Cancellation, Refund, Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to ITIYUVABHARAT.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). This page explains our policies for Order Cancellation, Returns/Refunds, and Shipping & Delivery for purchases made on our website, including printed books, e‑books, study materials, CBT practice materials, and refurbished laptops & tabs.

1) Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancel Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
  • To request cancellation, email admin@itiyuvabharat.com with your Order ID and reason.
  • If payment has been captured, we will process a full refund to your original payment method (see Section 3 for timelines).

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return (where eligible) after delivery as per Section 2.

1.3 Digital Products (E‑Books, Downloadables, Access Codes)

  • Orders for e‑books, downloadable PDFs, and CBT access codes are final and non‑cancellable once the download link or access credentials are delivered to your email/account.

2) Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility (Physical Items)

  • Printed Books & Study Materials: Returnable within 7 days of delivery if damaged, misprinted, incorrect item, or major manufacturing defect.
  • Refurbished Laptops & Tabs: Eligible for 7‑day replacement (same model or equivalent) only for DOA (dead on arrival), hardware defects, or in‑transit damage verified by our support team.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

2.2 Non‑Returnable Items

  • E‑books, downloadable content, CBT vouchers/access codes, and other digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage after delivery.
  • Items with serial numbers or warranty stickers tampered/removed.

2.3 How to Raise a Return/Replacement

  1. Email admin@itiyuvabharat.com within the applicable window with Order ID, product photos/video, and issue description.
  2. Our team will validate your request and share pickup/return instructions.
  3. After inspection, we will process a replacement (where applicable) or a refund.

Important: Please record unboxing video/photos at the time of opening the package to support claims of in‑transit damage or missing items.

2.4 Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse standard courier charges against a valid receipt.
  • For returns due to customer preference (where permitted), two‑way shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

2.5 Refund Timeline & Method

  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are initiated to the original payment method (Razorpay/CCAvenue/Card/UPI/Netbanking) within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If replacement is approved, shipping of the replacement unit will be initiated within 2–4 business days after approval.

2.6 Warranty – Refurbished Devices

  • Refurbished laptops & tabs may include a limited seller warranty (e.g., 3 months) against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated on the product page. Battery/back‑panel/cosmetic wear is generally not covered. Please refer to the individual product listing for exact warranty terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1 Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India via reputed courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

3.2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). During sale periods or high demand, processing may take longer.

3.3 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier‑1 Cities: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Tier‑2/3 & Remote Locations: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier constraints, local restrictions, weather, or other unforeseen events.

3.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and promotions.
  • From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping above a cart value threshold, as communicated on the website.

3.5 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track orders from your My Account → Orders section.

3.6 Packaging & Insurance

  • All items are securely packed. High‑value/refurbished devices may ship with additional protective packaging. Some shipments may be insured at our discretion.

3.7 Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Orders

  • Couriers usually make two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you for re‑delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping fees (for non‑serviceable/incorrect address cases).

3.8 Address Changes

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch. After shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed and may require order cancellation & re‑order.

3.9 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently not available. We accept secure online payments via UPI, Cards, Netbanking through our payment partners.

4) Special Notes

  • GST Invoices are provided for all eligible orders. Please ensure correct billing details at checkout.
  • For academic institutions/bulk orders, write to admin@itiyuvabharat.com for quotations and lead times.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of India. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
